Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products via Printful

All items that are custom-made upon order through our fulfillment partner, Printful, are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse, including ordering the wrong size, color, or design.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide a clear description and photographic evidence of the issue. We will coordinate with Printful to offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. 

Lost Packages:
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll work with Printful to resolve the issue promptly. 

Return Address:
Returns are directed to Printful's facilities based on the fulfillment location. For example, orders fulfilled in the U.S. are returned to:

Unclaimed Returns:
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Due to the nature of these items — including original artwork, limited edition prints, and made-to-order products — returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.
